For Toddlers

Success in “toddlerhood” depends primarily on how strong the core is.  Pushing that little body up on all fours, then all the way up for walking requires good strength around the hips as well as the torso. How easily the baby moves from “toddling” to agile walking, running and all the other movements associated with childhood depends on solid core strength.

Setting up the environment and choosing play activities that activate core muscles will help the toddler grow strong and confident in the world.
