Inclusive Resource on Sensorimotor Child Development for Parents and Teachers

For Preschool/Kindergarten

When a child’s body is strong, running, climbing and jumping around the play ground is second nature. This leads to confidence physically and socially.  With a strong core, the child has better attention during classroom lessons and finds it easier to learn new skills.  Simple activities can be woven into everyday tasks at home and school to help boost children’s core strength, build endurance, attention and control.
